From the passion for hospitality comes what we love to consider our second child, the Abba ‘e Murta Restaurant.
As the hotel, the restaurant is also located in a private park of several hectares, where the luxuriant Mediterranean scrub coexists with the typical terraces that ancient people built with landfill and stone walls.
The cuisine, the result of a combination of modern and traditional techniques, satisfies the palate respecting the ancient local traditions and the most refined tastes. The asparagus and the mushrooms that grow spontaneously in the surroundings, the fresh fish caught in the local waters, the meats and cheeses of the nearby mountains.
These are the conditions for a cuisine of the highest level, where genuine and seasonal ingredients are the basis of the restaurant’s dishes.
